Hauler Hero approached me to be the lead UX/UI designer for their Enterprise Software Application. The platform consisted of numerous modules such as customer relationship management, dispatching, reporting, billing, follow-up, customer portal, and a mobile application. The vision was to create a highly user-focused software for haulers.

My responsibilities at Hauler Hero included evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers, proposing various design ideas using wireframes and storyboards, designing UI elements for the platform, and assuring that the team is consistent in using the correct fonts, colours, and imagery. In addition to that I created and delivered high-fidelity mockups that accurately presented how different parts of the software were to function. When needed I also mentored and assisted other team members on best design practices, and provided continuous feedback to the engineering team as to ensure that development was aligned with what had been designed.

With over 1 million in ARR, Hauler Hero is all set to become a market leader in the hauling industry.
